How much does Nogbase cost?
It depends on who you are. For brokers and agencies Nogbase is free, forever, with no cut of your commission. For developers, Launch Setup & Managed Ops is quoted for each launch: talk to us. It includes the Developer App with unlimited projects, units and broker connections, live unit inventory, EOIs and reservations, and private per-broker commission terms.
Is the Broker App really free?
Yes. No subscription fees for brokers or broker agencies. No commission cuts by Nogbase. Keep 100% of your agreed commission. Your commission is agreed with—and paid directly by—the developer. Nogbase takes no share of it.
What does "Launch Setup & Managed Ops" include?
We onboard your project within a few hours — unit inventory and payment plans imported, broker invites sent, and materials prepared. If you want, we also run the broker channel for you: unit availability updates, EOI tracking, and a weekly management report. Each launch is quoted individually.
Is there a long-term contract or setup fee?
No long-term lock-in, and no ERP replacement project is required to start. Your quote sets out the scope and term before anything goes live. Most developers are live within a few hours of uploading unit inventory.
How does Nogbase pricing compare to building on Salesforce or in-house?
