Ahmed Khaire
Founder at Nogbase
Ahmed Khaire founded Nogbase to solve a specific operational gap in UAE real estate: the fragmented workflow between developers, internal sales teams, and external broker networks.
His background combines enterprise CRM architecture, commission management design, and deep exposure to how large real estate organisations actually run sales operations on the ground.
Background
Before starting Nogbase, Ahmed spent more than a decade working on enterprise CRM and platform architecture, including real estate transformation projects in the UAE. His work included building systems around sales operations, commissions, workflow automation, and multi-team coordination.
That experience exposed a recurring pattern: developers were managing significant broker-driven revenue through fragmented spreadsheets, WhatsApp coordination, and disconnected portals. Nogbase was created to replace that operating model with a purpose-built platform.
Why Nogbase Exists
The core thesis behind Nogbase is simple. Broker operations are not a side workflow for developers. They are a core revenue system. When inventory distribution, broker onboarding, commission tracking, and deal visibility are fragmented, sales velocity slows down and trust breaks down across the channel.
Nogbase is designed to give developers a single operational layer for managing broker relationships at scale, while also making it easier for brokers and internal sales agents to work from the same data.
