Nogbase for ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex
The Nogbase connector lets brokers and developers use their own AI assistant with the unit inventory they already have in Nogbase: search projects and units, read project details, compare options for a client, and prepare sales offers and project briefs. The connector is read-only. It cannot create, change, or delete anything in Nogbase, and it only returns what your account is already allowed to see. Availability
Available now in ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Codex, and you need a Nogbase developer or broker account. In ChatGPT, install Nogbase from the plugin directory. In Claude, Claude Code and Codex, add it as a custom connector with the URL below; it takes about a minute. The Claude directory listing is still under review, and you don’t need it to connect.

Connect your assistant
Where: chatgpt.com in a browser, from the ChatGPT plugin directory
- Open Plugins in the left rail and search for Nogbase, or use the button below. Open Nogbase · Property search & sales offers and choose Install plugin.
- On the Authorize Nogbase for ChatGPT page, sign in, check the workspace (or Choose a different workspace) and choose Approve.
- Back in ChatGPT, choose Try in chat. In a chat, start your message with @Nogbase.
Or add it by URL (developer mode)
- Open Plugins, choose Add, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Nogbase, paste the connector URL and leave Authentication on OAuth.
- Tick I understand and want to continue, choose Create as a plugin, then Continue to Nogbase, sign in and choose Approve.

When you sign in
- Sign in with your Nogbase email and password, and your verification code if you use two-step sign-in. To switch accounts, select “Not you? Use another account”.
- If your account belongs to several workspaces, choose the workspace for this connection. Check the workspace shown on the consent page, review what the assistant is asking for, and select Approve. Each connection is limited to that one workspace; to use another workspace, connect again and choose it.
On a phone: the Claude and ChatGPT mobile apps can’t add a connector yet. Add it once on claude.ai in your phone’s browser; Nogbase then appears in the Claude app as well.
What your assistant can do
- Search projects: Search the projects your company can see by name, developer, or area, with filters for unit type, bedrooms, price and currency, handover, amenities, and payment-plan terms (for example a maximum booking percentage or post-handover plans).
- Find areas: Look up a community, city, or building by name (English or Arabic) and search everything inside it.
- Search units: Search available units across your visible unit inventory or within one project, with price, bedrooms, size, floor plan, and images.
- Project details: Read one project: developer, location, handover, unit mix, images, and whether you can see its units. For brokers, the project’s brochures and documents come with its details.
- Sales offer data: Get everything a sales offer or project brief needs for a project or a specific unit: prices, payment plans with each installment, offer terms, and images. Quote your own price and the whole payment schedule is recalculated; ask for another currency and it is converted at your company’s rates.
- Your company branding: Your name and role plus your company’s public details and logo, so documents the assistant writes carry your letterhead.
- Your own projects and updates: For developers: your projects, their units, and what changed since you last checked.
- Files: For developers: list the files in your own workspace, and open one through a link that expires after five minutes.
Sales offers and briefs are written by your assistant in the conversation, from the figures Nogbase returns. Nogbase does not store or send them. Your company’s branded PDF and Word offers remain available in the Nogbase Broker and Developer apps.

- “Write a project brief for Creek Gardens in Arabic.”
Your data
- The assistant receives only the results of the requests it makes for you, within your permissions. It never receives your password, personal email address, bank or tax details, or another company’s private information.
- What the AI provider keeps from your conversations is governed by your agreement with OpenAI or Anthropic. Nogbase logs which tool was used and whether it succeeded, not what you asked or what was returned.

Disconnecting
Disconnect Nogbase in your assistant’s settings, or in the Developer App (Settings → AI assistants) or the Broker App (Preferences → AI assistants), at any time; the connection ends immediately. You can also ask us to revoke every AI connection on your account at privacy@nogbase.ae. A connection also stops as soon as your account or workspace membership is deactivated.
