Found the Right Unit? Prepare Your Client’s Sales Offer with Nogbase

Your client has narrowed down their options. One unit looks like a good fit, and they want the details before deciding what to do next.

For a broker, this is an important moment. You need to present the right property, explain the available information clearly, and contact the developer if anything needs confirming.

Nogbase helps you take that next step. From the Broker App, you can explore the units available to your brokerage, select a unit, and generate a sales offer using your workspace’s configured template. You can also reach the project’s sales contacts directly to discuss availability, terms, or your buyer’s requirements.

Start with the unit your client is interested in

Open the relevant project in Nogbase and review the units shared with your brokerage.

Check the selected unit’s available details, such as its number, type, size, price, and floor plan. This gives your conversation a specific starting point and helps you keep the buyer’s requirements connected to the property you are discussing.

The units you can view depend on the project’s access settings and what the developer has made available to your brokerage.

Generate a sales offer for the selected unit

With a unit selected, choose Generate Unit Sales Offer.

Nogbase uses the project and selected unit information to prepare a PDF through the sales offer template configured for your workspace. Once the document is ready, choose Download offer.

You can then review the document and share it with your client through your usual communication channel.

This gives you a practical way to prepare a unit-specific presentation from the information already available in Nogbase. The document’s content and layout depend on the configured template and the project data provided.

Connect with the developer when you need clarification

A client may want to discuss a payment plan, confirm a detail, or ask whether a particular unit is still available.

Where a project sales contact is provided, Nogbase lets you reach that person by phone or WhatsApp. The WhatsApp action prepares a message with the project context and a link back to the project.

Before sending, add the selected unit number and your question so the sales team knows exactly what you need.

For example:

Hello, I’m reviewing Unit [unit number] in [project name] for a client. Could you confirm its current availability and applicable payment plan? I’d also like to clarify [specific question] before presenting the offer.

A clear reference helps the developer respond to the actual opportunity you are working on.

Give your client a focused presentation

Once you have reviewed the offer and clarified any outstanding details, use it to guide the buyer conversation.

Explain the selected unit, walk through the information included in the document, and identify anything that still needs the developer’s confirmation. Keep the relevant floor plans and project materials close so you can answer follow-up questions.

Generating a sales offer does not reserve the unit. Availability and any requested commercial changes still need to follow the developer’s process.

Move from the offer to the next step

If your client wants to proceed, use the available EOI workflow to submit their interest for developer review.

Nogbase connects that next step with the project and selected unit, helping you follow the enquiry as it progresses towards a reservation.

From selecting a unit to preparing the offer and contacting the sales team, the Broker App gives you a connected way to support the buyer’s decision.

Create your free Nogbase Broker account and explore the projects, available units, and sales tools available to your brokerage.
